How can I organize an English Class Trip for my school?

To organise a trip, simply contact us through the contact form. We’ll talk you through the available dates, group size, language levels, and location options. You’ll then receive a detailed proposal with all costs clearly listed – including accommodation, food, program, and support. We provide printable info for parents and can help you prepare the trip step by step. Whether you’re planning far in advance or looking for a last-minute option, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Who supervises the students during the trip?

Our native-speaking trainers lead the full educational program and are present throughout the day’s activities. They are trained to create a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment. However, class trips also require supervision from the school side. Teachers or accompanying staff are responsible for overall student welfare, especially during meals, free time, and overnight. We work closely with you to ensure everyone knows their role and feels confident in the schedule. Where do the English Class Trips take place?

Our Class Trips take place at selected partner locations across Germany – from coastal regions to forested camps and countryside hostels. All sites are chosen for their safety, accessibility, and suitability for group activities. We work with trusted accommodations that offer full board, group rooms, and outdoor areas for workshops and games. What does a typical day on an English Class Trip look like?

A typical day includes a mix of structured sessions, creative workshops, and active outdoor challenges – all in English. After breakfast, students take part in interactive language games and group activities that build vocabulary and confidence. In the afternoon, they work on a larger team project, such as preparing a short film, a stage performance, or a themed event. Evenings are reserved for fun – from quiz nights to campfires or talent shows. Throughout the day, English is spoken naturally in all settings.
